Property Market Remains Fluid.

It’s been the theme of this blog since the beginning of the summer. We are still experiencing one of our best periods of chalet and apartment sales for a long time (probably 4 years). But the number of chalets we have for sale still continues to rise (228 today, up from 200 in April). Over the last 6 weeks we have taken on 20 properties. And as the properties have come in we have taken about 15 off the website. 10 of these have been because we have sold them. So the factors encouraging people to but continue, there are more properties to choose from and because of the competition to sell the owners are willing to sell at a more reasonable price than previously.
